It was my first time going to Michaela! She was recommended by a friend and I left with my dream hair I was nervous going in as I have had bad experiences before at other salons but I have never felt so confident walking out of a salon! Definitely recommend! And I will be back!!
Went in for a colour and cut, the cut took less than a minute, no brushing or washing before hand, was a bit confused but she said she's going in after the colour to tidy up (did not). The dye was all over my face, neck, ears and hairline which I had to clean up with 5 alcohol swabs when I got home. When she asked how id like it styled, I said straightened as thats my usual go to, she missed the front hairline and roots completely(naturally curly/wavy hair). It felt like she didnt want to spend the time and kept fixing my hair by bringing my bangs to the front to hide the fact. I was having a hard week and was hoping for a pick me up but instead was left trying to hold back tears. I quickly paid just so I could cry in my car in peace.. would not recommend.
I am absolutely in love with my new hair, that Chaylee did. The extensions are so natural-looking and blend perfectly with my own hair. They add the perfect amount of volume and length, and I can style them in so many different ways. The color is also gorgeous – it's exactly what I wanted, and it really brightens up my eyes. I've gotten so many compliments since getting my hair done. I highly recommend Chaylee at cocos.
